This cake was an email fwd that started the whole concept.

Now this cake looks yummy….if you like icing….a LOT of icing!

New Year’s Resolutions Update

My plan was to update my resolutions on the first of every month….today’s the 7th…

Opps.

So here goes! (and here’s the link to the original post and Feb update)

1)My running is going actually quite well! I am up to running 15 minutes (ok..I’ve done it once…average is 12 minutes..) I can run a mile in 11 minutes…I really have nothing to compare to, so I guess that’s good?!? I am running 3 to 4 times a week and just over 2 miles every time. I have had some inspiration from one of my bestest friends…My girl Kristy is getting ready to run a 1/2 marathon with her husband in Las Vegas……..neither of them have ever done this before and decided to take on this challenge and reward themselves with a vacation at the same time. Great idea! I’m trying to talk anyone into this plan too…even if it’s just to Vancouver…

P.S. I still haven’t signed up for anything yet…

2)Mountain climb…see above…

3)Driving Standard…….ummmm………

4)No McDonald’s…and actually the idea of eating there sounds gross now…

5)Saving $$$$$…I opened a 2nd savings account…this will be my fun money for Viva Las Vegas in December for Cowboy Christmas!

6)Budget….right….forgot about that one…

7)Dinner guests….crap….forgot about this one too….

I need to have another baby…

This recent plan has come from a few random places…

1- My son (4 months old) is sleeping through the night on a regular basis…this is reason to celebrate and for some reason makes me feel like I could do this again so easily.

2- They are so cute!

3- The Office last night…soooo good….Pam and Jim had a girl…Cecelia Marie…I now need to use that name…

4- I have a lot of baby clothes…that have been worn once or twice…

5- They are so cute!

6-This was sent to me by a friend who also has a 4 month old…what is she trying to do to me?!?
