I fell in love with this woman after seeing a picture of her….I had no idea who she was or why she was in the magazine.
Since then I have learned that she is Iris Apfel, an 88-year-old textile designer, who is just now coming into her own as a style icon. She is over the top, confident and fabulous!!
I adore this video interview with her….LOVE HER!

This lady is such a great reminder to keep on doing your own thing! She’s been one of my icons for many many years, ever since my grandma turned me onto some of her pieces 15 years ago.
