I found a few images…and then some more…
I think I might need to find some gigantic stumps…
Learn how to run a chainsaw…
And make me some of these!!

This reminds me of a few years ago, we were having a garage sale at my sister’s and her husband had a large stump in the garage that he used to chop wood for the fireplace, during our garage sale someone had asked how much for the stump? I looked at my sister and said give me $20 and you can have it and they agreed. My sister & I still laugh about that, he husband was pretty happy about it too.

Ha! That’s a great story….you should have charged more….I’m still curious as to how much they were charged for the ones in the pics!!

I love that stumps are now in style. My husband built me one years ago for our anniversary and burned our brand on top

LOL…Cathryn you’re a riot!
I like these stump tables too…nice contrast between a gold mirror or a French chair. If you found a really nice fallen tree, you could make lots of these…gifts for everyone! I bet these cost lots in all those high end furniture stores!
Just be careful with the chairsaw!

Isn’t it neat….although I would be somewhat concerned with bugs and such crawling out…although I’m SURE that never happens if you pay $$$ for one!

That is a good point! I bet hundreds – maybe thousands depending on where they bought the stumps!
